we will then notify if we are available for your event and the design process.
QUOTE
Once you have been notified we will send you a curated quote for the stationery as discussed which will be sent to the nominated email.
APPROVED
Once you have gone over the quote and it has been approved, we required a 50% deposit to start the process and a following two weeks of final remainder payment in full.
AGREEMENT
Then once agreement has been made and paid 50% deposit a presented design piece will be sent for you to review & approve.
**Please note we only allow two rounds of design revisions are included in the original, quoted cost. Please make sure you go over the information any changes needed furthermore after this a charge will incur for extra hours cost.**
FINALISATION
Once your design is ready for production you will be required to sign a digital contract approving the design draft as per discussed.
PRODUCTION
Production time for your suites is 4-6 weeks for the date of artwork approval, unless you will be notified otherwise.
SHIPPING
Once production has finalised your stationery it will be packed and sent out via Aus Post.
We will send tracking details to the nominated email address.

AUSTRALIA
Please allow 3 weeks for date of FINALISATION to crease out any delays.
INTERNATIONAL
Please allow 4-5 weeks for shipping for anything outside of Australia.
