FINE&FONT PRODUCT TURNAROUND TIME?
Custom design an invitation suite please allow approximately 1-2 weeks. Print times vary depending on the style

of printing you are after.

Digital print 1 week

Emboss/Deboss print 3-4 weeks

Please also allow time for postage if you are interstate / international.

IS FINE&FONT AUSTRALIA WIDE?

All of our services are available Australia wide. Larger items (such as signage) will be determined on where you are located if it is unable to be printed you will receive it in digital format for the client to have printed locally. Packages are always sent via tracked post. We typically use Australia Post for all orders.

IS FINE&FONT INTERNATIONAL

All services are available for International clients. Larger items (such as signage) will only be available in digital format for the client to have printed locally.
Some of the postage timeframe is not what we have control over.
The delivery timeframe is in no way a guarantee of delivery time. If there are any unforeseen delays or issues with your order once posted, we are not liable. We have no control once it has left the studio and is in the hands of the postal service. Packages are always sent via tracked post.

DO FINE&FONT SUPPLY A PRINTED SAMPLE BEFORE PRINTING THE WHOLE ORDER? 

You will be sent a via email digital draft of your sample(s).

Once the final design is client approved we will send it off to be printed. Unfortunately we are unable to print off a single copy of the final design beforehand, we have a minimum of 50 copies print policy. 

But you can access a sample pack of card we use via our STORE.

HOW MANY REVISIONS ARE INCLUDED WHEN WORKING WITH FINE&FONT?

One to three rounds of revisions are a sufficient amount to ensure that your design is perfected.

DO YOU OFFER CUSTOM WEBSITES AND DIGITAL INVITES?

Yes and yes!

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN, EXCHANGE AND CANCELLATION POLICY?  

Due to the custom nature of our products, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges or cancellations.

If there is an error or fault in printing on FINE&FONTS' behalf, please contact us within five days of receiving your order to discuss the process for reprints.

Please be careful with content, wording and guest names and addresses. It is your responsibility to ensure you have checked and approved all content and wording prior to print production.

Please note - spares ordered at a later date will be more costly. Make sure you have accounted for spares in your initial order to avoid the extra expense
